How does the Virtual Tour technology work? |
| We use a
combination of still images and panoramas. We turn many still images
into a large panorama. The application downloads a small applet to web
viewers to view the panoramas as tours. This is a very small applet
that allows us to give the viewers some of the quickest downloads in the
industry. |

| Do I have any ongoing
monthly or yearly fees? |
| We at Sacred
Grounds Online believe when you pay for something it should be yours.
The Online Brochure is yours to do as you wish once it is paid in full.
There are no additional charges to have your online brochure hosted at
www.SacredGroundsOnline.net.
You will have additional charges if
you decide to add to your tour or have any changes at a later date. |

What is the difference between a Virtual Tour and
an Online Brochure? |
A Virtual
Tour is the part of the page that shows the rotating images in a viewer box
embedded in the page.
The
Online Brochure shows much more information about your property/business by
including descriptions and highlights about your business, picture slide
show to show more still pictures representing your property/business,
information pages, etc.
Our other options such as flash video w/music, multi
languages and music on your online brochure are additional charges.

What is a Spin? |
| A Spin is
any image that does a full 360 panorama or partial panorama. In other
words any picture that moves is considered a spin. This is as opposed
to a still image. |

Do you host the tours? |
Yes we can
host the tours for you at no additional charge as long as they are part of
an online brochure.
We will also give you
all the files you need so your web programmer can embed the tours onto your
own website or on any other website you choose.
This eliminates any concerns about our web servers or our service.
Plus, we will
assist your web programmer by providing the simple code to implement the
pages on your website. |

Can I host the tours on my own web site? |
| Yes, as
explained under "Do you host the tours" we give you everything you need to
host the tour on your own site. We will give you a CD of your
completed tour to put on your website or to copy to send to customers.
We can also provide multiple CDs in regular CD size or the new Business Card
size CD for a small additional charge. |

| How long does it take for the tour to load? |
| The time to
load is dependent on several factors such as the users internet connection
speed, browser, and internet traffic. Most browsers will download the
tour within 10 to 20 seconds. |

Do people viewing my tours need any special software or downloads? |
| No.
Virtually all browsers will display the tour due to the tours using applets
that automatically download as part of the tour. |

Can my tour be customized for me? |
| Yes.
Your tour will include your logo, name, address, phone, email address and
your web site address. We can also give your tour/brochure page the
same "look and feel" of your existing website so that it looks seamless to
your viewers. |

How long does it take for my tour to be available? |
| Almost all
of our pages are completed within 72 hours of completing the photography
session. If a video is part of your online brochure, it may take a little
longer. |
